Stretch wrap film

Two weeks ago I got the quotation for stretch wrap film jumbo rolls and the price was really down from what I shipped over a month ago. Since I did not have another order already I decided to wait.

Now the yesterdays quotation the prices have gone up a little and now Im asking myself why in the recycling and reusing and reducing world I did not make sure I gave the order earlier.

Now recession is here how will the recycling market change?
