After all my dream of opening my golf club in a secret place (desert almost) will come e true. Everytime I told this dream to my husband he would tell about all the water needed to mantain a golf course. But not anymore. Guess what with the new Synthetic Lawns or the Artificial Turf I can now use this Synthetic Grass and or Artificial Lawns to lay down my golfing project.
I'm starting on writing my project but remember to buy this Synthetic Turf for my Synthetic Putting Greens or making this Artificial Putting Greens I will need a Joint venture. If you have the money to invest then mail me.

Eye Floaters
Eye floaters a problem? How to eliminate them today
Have you ever heard of Eye floaters? Probably not because it is a condition that up to now has not received any public campaigns or so to say. Eye floaters are caused by the degeneration of the vitreous body thus the condition called vitreous floaters. Eye floaters are known to appear in form of small specs that move in front of your vision. These eye floaters often appear as if they are small things floating in front of the eye while flashes are sensations that appear to be bright lights flashing. Eye floaters is mostly common with people aged 40 above but most people have this condition but do not discover until these images become numerous. However they can be indication of big problems with the retina.
Knowing that you have Eye floaters: The people suffering from eye floaters know because of the shadows that the floaters cast on the retina for example by looking up at a clear sky you can probably see some little hair like things floating through the blue sky this condition here is the eye floaters
Most of the causes of eye floaters include:
- shrinkage of the vitreous humour
- Posterior vitreous detachments and retinal detachments
- Regression of the hyaloid artery
When a my friend came to Asia on adoption process for a child he developed this situation but little did we know what was going on, he took all his time and by the time we took a serious step to see a doctor it was almost too late. The doctor told him he had a detatchment of the retina. He had to undergo serious surgery same day but was restored.
The secret is not waiting long to seek help and find out other means of treatment available for floaters and flashes the very moment you experience.
Have a look at eye floaters here and learn more.
Most of the eye floaters are treated by Vitrectomy or Laser Vitreolysis

Saflex(R) Launches 2nd Generation Encapsulant for Photovoltaic Market
New thin gauge encapsulant reduces material use by 33%!
ST. LOUIS, Jan 19, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- As solar module manufacturers strive to realize cost structures meeting grid parity, Saflex(R), a unit of Solutia Inc. (NYSE: SOA), recently announced the commercial availability of a new thin gauge polyvinyl butyral (PVB) based encapsulant designed specifically for photovoltaic applications. The new product, Saflex PA41, significantly reduces encapsulant usage while maintaining module durability and processing performance. The global launch of Saflex PA41 comes shortly after successful completion of IEC 61646 certification testing on thin film photovoltaic modules manufactured with the Saflex encapsulant.
"We developed a robust PVB-based encapsulant that passed a rigorous reliability and durability test program including tests that went beyond standard industry testing. Module manufacturers can continue producing high quality photovoltaic modules with significantly reduced encapsulation usage," reports Matt Rose, Saflex Market Development Manager. "For over 80 years, Saflex has driven PVB-based product and process advancements in the automotive and architectural markets. We're now leveraging that expertise to develop innovative solutions for photovoltaic applications," continues Rose.
Saflex's PA41 is a second generation photovoltaic product designed specifically to reduce encapsulant thickness by 33% (from 1.14mm to 0.76mm). To accomplish this, properties of the Saflex PA41 formulation were optimized to improve encapsulating flow around bus bars and other critical components. "A primary objective throughout the development process was to ensure that a thin gauge encapsulant could provide the same performance and long term durability of thicker gauge encapsulants while maintaining high encapsulation yields," comments Francois Koran, Saflex Photovoltaic Development Manager.
In addition to the successful IEC and UL testing, Saflex developed a rigorous testing regimen which included a series of natural and accelerated weathering tests that go beyond photovoltaic industry standards. Saflex also partnered with module manufacturers to confirm that handling, processing and throughput of Saflex PA41 met or exceeded expectations compared to thicker gauge PVB encapsulations. To that end, Saflex provided on-site education and trial processing guidance to fine-tune the encapsulation process and ensure that high yields were realized. "With eight decades of experience in manufacturing PVB products for glazing applications, we understand that testing, education, and technical support are as critical as producing a high quality product," said Matt Rose.
The new Saflex PA41 is the latest addition to a growing portfolio of innovative encapsulants designed specifically for photovoltaic applications. Saflex, a business unit of Solutia, provides solar encapsulants to the solar energy market supported by an 80 year history of manufacturing excellence, global technical support, and the world's largest PVB manufacturing base for glazing applications. To learn more, please go to www.saflex.com/PA41 .

Solar Powered Street lights: Going Solar in African Sun
Solar powered street lights
Working with an Italian company as their product finder here was rewarding and eye opening. Though the company went bankrupt and I lost my job after just a year working with them, it took me to discover so many products that we could eye to improve out cities and villages back in Africa. The sun is quite plenty so all I think is we can reduce power rationing by coming up with solar product related products.
And guess what too more light in the streets less crime.

Make extra coin with newspaper recycling
Many years ago in my small village on the slopes of Mt. Kenya, my sister used to make some few coins selling off old newspapers to to people in the shops to use for wrapping.
Now, coming to think of it selling old newspapers that are lying around in the house is one of the easiest I think and one of the best ways of making extra money.
Now, think of the recycling plant in your area. They are willing to buy old newspaper you can easily achieve this by collecting old newspapers and selling them to these "recycling plant" in your areas.
Think that selling stacks of newspapers you've accumulated in the last months will not make you rich but it will make you an extra income. Now, lets take our ambition even higher, think of collecting papers from the neighbourhood, every weekend I think this already gives you an idea of how things can be in this model business.
If you take this into your heart serious then put in the right organisation you can easily pay yourself rent with what you can potentially earn.
I leave this idea to your creativity and send me ideas to share here on this blog.
